Elisa Videra was part of the Finnish telecommunications group Elisa Group and, like MVC, is a recognised market leader in the IT services industry. Together we establish a new, dynamic company MVC Videra. KLP Vermögensverwaltungs-GmbH, owner of MVC Mobile VideoCommunication, holds 62.5 per cent and the Elisa Group 37.5 per cent of the shares in the new company.
